Can't get to some websites?

Please help!! I just had problems with Dr. Watson's Postmortem Debugger, adn came to this site to fix it. Now I can't access certain sites that have account information, like my banck, hotmail, windows update, and other sites like that. Did I delete a program That I needed??? I fixed the first problem only to get another one. Anyone who can help let me know.

Possibly you may have to relist these https sites again so you will have access by allowing cookies and listing URLs in the Trusted Zone. Don't use Win XP so could only give you instructions for IE and not the firewall or Norton if turned on.
