Hello,
I recently purchased a Samsung Monitor, Syncmaster 244T. Frequently a pale blue square with a 0 in the center pops up in the middle of the monitor. I wrote Samsung about it but their response was it wasn't a monitor problem. Any clue why this would happen?

This was Samsung's response:
Dear Sir/Madam:

The monitor does not have the cabability to display a blue square with the zero in the middle. This sounds like it's coming from a program that you have installed on your computer

have you tried the monitor with another computer and the computer with another monitor, which cuts down or backs up their argument
