Since I renewed my subscription on NAV 2004 I'm getting error message under email and my autoprotect won't enable. I read on another posting about checking for the ccapp by looking under startup from run:msconfig. I'm missing the ccapp. Everything else they said should be there under Services, is present. How do I get the ccapp back under Startup?

Hi,
You can find the ccapp.exe in
C:\Prpgram files\Common files\Symantec Shared\CCAPP.EXE
copy it to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
ccapp.exe will be back and running!
