Is The .NET Framework 2.0 installed on your computer? If not, then I recommend downloading this through microsoft update.

Try searching and replace the file that is missing and then it should work. I had somewhat of the same problem with Warcraft 3 only it was storm.dll.

Yeah that is what i tryd but i downloaded that file that was missing but i don't know where to place it. that is my problem i think

Try putting the file in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32.

Oh sorry i didn't mention that but yes it should be placed in Windows/System32 or Windows/System.
