Hi
When I switch users and the first user has used internet explorer I will get a runtime error that will not allow Internet explorer to open..have to restart computer to allow that user to access internet explorer

Program C: program files\internet explorer\iexplorer.exe

I still have the problem......I checked Microsoft site but I couldn't figure it out...any ideas?????
