Hi!

My old mom lives in another country and is probably making a big mess out of her computer. I need to help her from abroad, to:

1. see what's happening;
2. install some anti-spyware
3. Check her microphone and video connections.

It would be easier if I could take control of her machine, because she gets very nervous when I try to walk her through downloadings and installations of software.

Any suggestions?
