I have run through the steps in some of the self help tutorials for removing specific spyware like sheriff since I started seeing symptoms of trojans, adware, etc. I noticed in the Task Manager that I had a lot of misc .exe's running like lich.exe,seekmo.exe,intell321.exe,itbill.exe and my cpu was totally lagging. My internet connection stopped working too. I followed the Smitrem.exe protocol in Safe Mode and then I tried to reboot back into windows and run ActivePanda and it failed to start. I completed the Country, Email, and State fields and then couldnt get anything to start when I clicked on the Start button. I had all the min requirements to run the scan too. After the reboot I noticed that Smitrem got rid of some symptoms like the dialogue box/bubble that kept popping up from the system tray. On the other hand I still noticed that seekmo.exe and itbill.exe were running. I've enclosed the logfiles for both processes. Please help me out. Thanks!
