My computer is unexpectedly rebooting, it happens often, but not everytime.

Everytime it has happend this has appeard in the event viewer.

Event: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:

0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0x00000000, 0xf9b1086c, 0x00000000).

Fresh install of XP hasnt solved it, any ideas?
