My laptop just stop connecting to the internet all of a sudden. At first I was using a wireless adapter. Now I'm trying to use LAN, but it still will not connect to the internet. An IP Address is recognized when I went to incofig in the command prompt, I installed the ethernet driver, and I checked for viruses, but I still cannot connect to the internet on my laptop. Can someone please help me solve my problem. I'm about to go crazy.

Hi Toya,

If you are running a security suite or firewall try turning it off. If that doesn't help try safe mode with network.

Start /Run /open =msconfig. Click "safe boot" then "network" then ok. Restart. log in to your account and see if you can surf. If you can then you have a program running in normal mode that blocks your access.
