Ok I really need some help on this one. I have been working on a computer that had a lot of trojans and spyware on it. Well I have gotten most of it cleaned up but now have run into a different problem. Every time the computer boots up an error message appears. It says the following:

Run dll

Error loading wf545abe.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Does anyone know what this one is for? I have done a few searches but haven't been able to fine and info on this particular dll.

Thanx

Hi Lakewoods...

With a random filename like that and no information about the file available, I'd say it's malware.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions found there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself...then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Be patient, the Malware Forum is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual. DO NOT REPLY TO OR BUMP YOUR OWN LOG. If it shows a reply it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
