It blocked off task manager, run, cmd, properties on the task bar and I cant right click on the desktop. I tried going through the files but my start-up folder was gone! I was able to stop the constant pop-ups and get the administrative tools back and functional.
I am all out of ideas on how to get rid of this thing. I can't find out where its hiding and I need to figure out how to change these settings to get into task manager again. Please any and all ideas are welcome.
Once I figure out what it's called I will post it ASAP so that everyone here can be aware of this creep.
