keep getting an error report then internet stopps HELP

WindowsXP proff service pack 2
55GB harddrive with 20GB free space
768MB RAM
Kaspersky Anti-Virus
Mcafee personal firewall

now down to buisness after i have been on the net for a while i have noticed i keep getting an error report (see attached file)

after i get this all internet becomes non active i cannot disconnect to reconnect cant goto sites it just says page cannot be displayed cant turn off my computer without holding in the power button i have done full virus scan full spyware scan and windows trojan and blaster scan all came back with nothing :whistling:
