Exception breakpoint message

Ok this has been going for a while on everyones account except mine in windows XP home edition> now i am the only one with admin rights but like it matters in xp home. here is the error message that has popped up with various programs. been going on for a while now and havent found anything to fix it.

msmsgs.exe - application error
the exception breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reched.
(0X80000003) Ocurred in the application at location 0x7c901230

now this same message has come with other programs on my computer but this is the current one displaying every 5 mins or so. this does not ever occur on my account not once have i gotten this message.

OS: windows XP with SP2
p4 dual core processor 2.8 ghz
1gig of ram

hope you guys can help me out b/c i havent been able to figure this thing out
