My fan in my computer is going too fast. How do I slow the fan down. It only stops for the most part when I shut the computer down.

Well First you need to find out why it is running so fast. Perhaps you processor is running hot causing the heatsink fan to speed up. If it was running the same speed from the day you got the computer perhaps its running normally, but now you are noticing the noise. Can you get into the bios and look up your temp's?
