hey guys,
I have a 512k ADSL line at home and I download a 'lot' of stuff. WHn i open my browser and surf...i have a difficult time because all my bandwidth gets hogged by my download manager. In order to surf properly i have to manully close/pause all my downloads and re enable the downloads when i'm done browsing. If there some kind of software that lets me create rules that gives data pasing out from a particular application etc to have a hgher priority than the others.
