I have done all that was requested of first time users for Geeks To Go.
The problem:
Apparently I visited a site, downloaded something I shouldn't have, etc.
I rebooted my computer, a bunch of screens came up after reboot saying such and such .dll couldn't run, etc.
THEN, that nice little box comes up telling me my computer will be shutting down in 60 seconds.
"Windows must restart because the DCOM server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly."

Here is my Hijack This log:

Oh! I did forget to mention that I was unable to do the Panda scan because my IE wouldn't download the ActiveX control. It's a problem I've been having. No matter if I try and change my settings, it just won't dl ActiveX controls.
Also, I was unable to install AVG because I have to run my computer in Safe Mode with networking, otherwise I keep getting that "Windows has to reboot now...60 seconds" type deal. I cannot install anything in Safe mode.
