  • Save it to the desktop.
  • Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
  • You will get a prompt asking about performing supplementary searches.
  • Click "No" at that prompt.
  • You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done, let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
  • Once you receive the prompt All Done!, open the text file on the desktop, copy that entire log, and paste it here.

I don't know what is causing your pc to not shut down. That sounds like a hardware problem.

* Run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close ALL windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Attw] "C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\￢°racle\msiexec.exe" -vt yazb

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winopn32 - winopn32.dll (file missing)

after running RegSrcH the following message appeared:

No instances of "C:\windowsystem32\hctybcc.dll" found


also from the registry editor:

"cannot export C:\Docume~1\user\local~1\temp\RegTmp.tmp:Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error"
