Small mouse problem

Ok it's a small but anoying problem, when I right click on a page like Internet Explorer I always have two sites that I can click on They've been there for over a year and I can't figure out how to delete things of the right lick of the mouse. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
