Hi there!
I barely know how to write a program in Java and all that JDK, JRE, JSE is a bit confusing for me... What I know is that I need a new version of the SDK cause I need to use isLetter() and other things like this, and I can't with the version I have. These are the things I have installed:
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
Java2Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.0
Java SDK, SE v1.4.0
If my assumptions are correct I think that the last two work together to provide the JVM and the Java compiler so I can compile my programs.
What do I do to get a new package? Do I uninstall? If yes, what? And what do I install?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!
Kind regards,
Althaea

All what you need is to run this install : http://192.18.108.21...dows-i586-p.exe
It will install for you " J2SE™ Development Kit 5.0 Update 9 ".
Have fun if you get any problems just write it here.
Thank you
