Hi Beth and welcome,
You have quite a few nasties running here, Lets see if we can get it cleaned up for you,
First,
Please download and install AD-Aware.
Check Here on how setup and use it - please make sure you update it first.
Run a scan with Ad=aware and have it fix all it finds please,
Restart your computer,

Next,
Dowload the latest version of Spybot 1.3. Please check it for updates, Run the program and have it fix anything it finds in Red.
Restart your computer,

Next,
Download Micrsoft Antispyware
Be sure it is updated, Open the program and click on the Spyware Definitions,
Run a scan with it and reboot,

Next,
Download and install Cleanup
Don't run it yet,
Rebiit to safe mode, Now open the program and click on Cleanup, let it run it make take a couple minutes, When it ask you to reboot choose "No"

Now run a nother scan with Ad-aware,Spybot and Microsoft Antispyware,

Restart your computer,

Please run these two online scans. Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

TrendMicro's HouseCall
ActiveScan

You should try to delete any files that these scanners are unable to clean. Then let us know if its working better and what the scans found.

Then scan again with HijackThis and post another log.

DON77,

Your recommendations are erroneous to princessbeth. While you will probably be able to get rid of isrvs and elite, the ATXBRW/IEXPLOR.EXE malware works differently. If you miss the base executible (which is what you did in your second post to princessbeth) you will not be able to remove IEXPLOR.EXE as it regenerates itself on bootup (Please review carefully the registry key mentioned if Step 2 of my previous post that you removed). You may get lucky and catch the base process running if you scan with HJT early after boot, but the base process does not continue to run for an extended period of time. I was fortunate enough to have an example of this malware and was able to research how the processes worked, what registry entries the software made, and what dependencies the programs created for the last three days.

If you wish to chat about how the processes work offline please let me know as I don't believe this forum is the appropriate place to do so.
