This will be pretty vague, at first, as i do not have all the specs of his system. Here is all I know for now: When running AVG virus, he gets the following print-up:

Trojan Horse Downloader C:\temp\cxtpls_loader_ff.exe cxtpls_loader_ff.exe 164kB
Trojan horse Downloader C:\WINDOWS\memmupd memmupdaterV4.exe 38.5kB
Trojan Horse Downloader C:\System Volume Inform A0557919.exe 38.5kB

He has AVG Antivirus, which failed to remove the Trojans. He also has Adaware, which, also, failed to remove those trojans.

I would like to know the type of trojan they are and ways to delete them from his system. If you need more info, let me know and I can get it and repost.
