Task bar problems cannot open files

hi all,
Recently i am facing problems with taskbar.
two pc same problem

two pc with winXP installed
when i am opening a file.i minimize it..after few seconds it stuck. i cannot open file from the task bar. again after few seconds it opens automatically.

second thing when i am opening multiple files ... if i minize all. i cannot see all windows minimized but in ALT+TAB it is showing every window.

after few seconds all windows are coming automatically in task bar.

i runned avg anti spyware ..but no luck
i want a good registry cleaner also which will not ask for key or registration for removal of spyware

please let me know your views.
