hi , when i restart my computer a message will come up at the start saying

.. Windows cannot find 'c:\windows\system32\include\svchost.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and tehn click start.

but i dont know how that has happend because i havent touched anything like that well not that im aware of

so how would i fix that ?

can you boot into safe mode

do you ever get to your desktop...if so try system restore...go back a week
have you recently installed any hardware or software...if so uninstall it/them...
if those dont help we can try a repair on windows
