Deleting Mcafe

Hey guys. Basically I got this World Of warcraft game, and the patches are massive, like 1gig. Its going so slow on a 6meg connections its unreal. Apparently I got a firewall on, but i dont want one on, i dont use mcafe and i kinda deleted some stuff but there is still some on my cpu. i go to add remove programs and its not there but its still under my programs and has no uninstall. the problem may also be my router, pls help me out so i can get maximum download.
