dial-up networking cannot save username and pwd

Hi,

Im a windows xp home user. I set up a dial-up networking connection to my isp. however, i cannot save the username/password settings and i need to enter them everytime i connect to my isp.

The option to save the username/password for all or current user is grayed out. how do i activitate this option.

Try entering the URL of your sign-in into your trusted sites zone and see if that does it.

I do not use Win XP yet so this may be leading you in the wrong direction.
