Hi there i bought a Computer back in december (Philips LS2000) and recently windows crashed so i took it down to my local store and they fixed it, i got it home and used the mouse and keyboard i got with it as i always do and it is not working the mouse icon is on the screen and it is not doing anything nor the keyboard.
I have tried 2 other wireless keyboards and 2 wired mouses but nothing the computer just loads up and it says found new hardwear RF Combo device and a install comes up and the same with the rest of the keyboards and mouses any help would be great

Do you have the install software for the keyboard or mouse? If so, use it and install the drivers for the hardware. If not, try going to the manufacturer's sites and downloading the drivers.
