Help! i deleted some system file

i accidently deleted some system files ( but i forgot what they were) using the unlocker 1.8.5 and now i cannot go to my computer desktop... when i try to start it.. my computer starts loading than it give's me a black screen with the words NTLDR missing , press ctrl alt del to restart!

by the way i could go on to the BIOS/cmos menu

how can i solve this problem =(((

I think the simplest thing would just be to repair the os.
