Let's run a different tool that will give a more detailed log and it should take care of some of this for us.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Reboot back into safe mode and delete these folders.

C:\Program Files\Perfect Codec
C:\Program Files\MalwareWiper
C:\Program Files\Seekmo Programs\
C:\Documents and Settings\Kevin.LOGHOME\Application Data\WinAntiSpyware 2006

While still in safe mode, follow these steps.

Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE:
  • Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
  • Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
  • Click the "Delete Cookies" button
  • Next to it, Click the "Delete Files" button
  • When prompted, place a check in: "Delete all offline content", click OK
* Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed):
  • Go to Tools > Options.
  • Click Privacy in the menu on the left side of the Options window.
  • Click the Clear button located to the right of each option (History, Cookies, Cache).
  • Click OK to close the Options window
Alternatively, you can clear all information stored while browsing by clicking Clear All.
A confirmation dialog box will be shown before clearing the information.
* Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin
  • Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
  • Let it scan your system for files to remove.
  • Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
  • Press OK to remove them.

Reboot back to normal mode.
Run Smitfraudfix - Option #1 and post the resulting log.

Your Smitfraudfix log still shows signs of infection. If we don't it all, you run the risk that it will come back later. Please run option #2 in Smitfraudfix and post the resulting log along with a new hijackthis log.
