Help? Slow system: unable to remove Zlob

Hi there!

I've followed your tutorial, set up a new system restore point, and ran SpyBot and AdAware - both of which come up clear. However SpyHunter detects a Zlob trojan in the registry. I'd be very grateful if you could tell me if this is something I should worry about or that needs looking at.
