Blue screen with IE and Netscape

I used Juno to log on to the web. The Juno web browser works fine, no problems. But if I load either IE or Netscape while online, the computer gives me a blue screen. I tried to repair IE, and even restored back to version 5 from version 6, but still have same problem. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?
