Hello all,

I have a shortcut to a webpage on my desktop that "takes over" whatever I.E. window I have open
and that gets on my nerves--I want it to open a new window instead. I recall that there is a way
to do this but forgot. Anyone out there know how to do this?

Cheers,
Arf.

Internet Options> Tools> Advanced
untick "reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
Close IE for the change to take effect, and let us know if it works for you.

Thanks for posting back with your solution! We like to know what worked, and what didn't, too.
