Have you tried a recovery program?
Something like PC Inspector From what I have seen and read, you can try it for free.

Well you see, this file im looking for is from my old computer which doesnt have internet, i saved the file on a floppy disk but it is corrupt and i dont know how to fix that or if it is possible so i wanted to find if there was a way to retreive it after deleting it.
