How to delete Alexa

I have another computer in my house that has the spyware Alexa. I ran Ad-Aware on it and it found it, then i restarted and it was still there. Both Firefox and IE dont work. My other computer is kinda old and very slow. I deleted alot of junk files off of it and it still uses about 75% of the C Drive. I need to free up some space on the C drive and get the Alexa Spyware out. Please Help!

I figured out how to delete the Alexa thing but I need to free up some space big time. How can I?
