viruses and windows media player 9 not installing

first, my computer i think has a few viruses that i cant seem to get rid of, and also, i tried to install windows media player 9, and it wont install.

if someone could help me out with any of this it would be great
here is a scan from hijackthis

Ya no I had just went back to factory restore and redid all updates and reinstalled all my video games . All because for some weird reason my media play would not play dvd movies at all.For some reason After I restored it works like a champ realy werid.I even tryed to reinstall every thing it did no good.

A big part of the problem is that you still have malware aboard. Let's let the malware experts deal with this one.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions you'll find there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Do Not reply to or "bump" your own topic...if it shows a reply, it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

ive done all the steps that i could from the malware removal page but im still having problems.
i did a panda active scan and this is what i got.
