Hi,
A few of the computers in my companies network are coming up with the Windows Automatic Update are installed restart your machine window.

How ever the YES and NO option are both grey and even when they manually restart their machines the window is still there.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be

Regards

Ewan

Click start, control panel, security centre, click change the way security centre alerts me, remove the tick for automatic updates, click apply

Click automatic updates, put the dot in off, click apply, reboot

Visit Microsoft Update, install any critical ones, reboot if needed

Try turning automatic updates on
