Sound card/dead?

i just reformatted my HD and all my other drivers seem to be back up and working so far except my sound card. I have installed the drivers and all the programs from the disk and all i get is fuzzy noise in the left headphone. Please help when somone gets the time =)

have u ck'd in device manager 4 any yellow !'s by ur sound card etc? have u gone 2 the makers website 2 download any drivers or updates? might help :whistling:

nah ive checked it all lol got help on Live chat dead card =/. Since this is done anyone know how to set my old integrated set back up for a temp. LOL im not a newb just been ages =)
