I have discovered the best protection for my PC to be to keep the teenagers off of it, lol.... I cannot access yahoo, msn, or hotmail whatsoever! I get page cannot be displayed when trying to either get to the home page or as soon as I click sign in.... I used Ad-Aware (lavasoft) AVG & did a Panda scan.... I followed all of your prep steps, and here are the results... thank you SOOOOO much!
