My PC almost boots to desktop,but then a pop-up box states...Isass.exe an invalid parameter was passed to a server or funtion... it then re-boots and cycles.I have tried to boot from xp disc and repair but the box appears during xp setup.and re-boots .cant get safemode from F8 or last good config ...any help please
