Recently whenever I attempt to run Outlook Express the program will not run and I keep getting the following error message.
“There is a problem and the program will have o be closed” when I click on the link for details I receive the following “AppName:msimn.exe, ModVer: 6.0.2900.2982, AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180, Offset: 00075b58, ModName: comct32.dll”
Whenever I close the window by clicking “Don’t send another window opens which states the following. “Dr. Watson Postmaster Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close”. It should be noted that I am unable to close this last window and can only get rid of it by rebooting my system. I am at my wits end and consequently will appreciate your assistance in resolving this annoying/frustrating problem.

Suggest you first try running 'System Restore' if using Windows XP. You may have to try several restore points, choosing the newest one first then an older one if that doesn't fix it.
