Cpu Loads At 100% When I Play My Game

Hi!

I have a bit of a serious computer problem I'm afraid. Each and every time I try to run my game Counter-Strike(HL.exe), the CPU spikes to a 100%, and the game is almost unplayable. When i minimize the game, or run it in a window and then click on the desktop, the CPU goes down to it's normal rate.

Earlier this week I got a popup which said "You are infected with 'Win32.MT.Rs Trojan', it will make your executable files slow down your computer". Or something like that.

Does anyone have a solution for me?

All the help I can get is worth a million, and thanks in advance all! :whistling:
