Hi i just got voip service from sunrocket and i have problems using the phone service when i am downloading from the internet. The problem is the download uses all the bandwith and then the phone adapter gets the little that is left and the quality of the sound is very very bad.

The phone adapter is connected behind the router as another component not infront of the router. I would like to give priority to my phone adapter to 128 kbits upload and download so even if i am downloading or using the internets bandwith my phone sound quality will be clear.
I have heard about something called the Qos packet scheduler and i have installed it but i dont know how to use it to configure my internet and prioritze bandwith. Pleez help me as i haev only 4 days of trial left and need to either return my voip or keep it and not waste $200.
