VOIP Problems

Hello


I have a few problems with VOIP. When I go in game in COD2 into
my server which I turn on voice and I speak into my mic holding the
hotkey it does not work. The icon shows up that i'm holding it but i try
talking into it and noone responds... and no it's not just because noone
wants to talk to me =p. And also in CSS it does not work at all! I'm so
annoyed right now! :blink: This is very frustrating and i'm lookign for
a kind person to help me solve my problem here!!
