Hi Matt. Items in green unnecessary as a fresh install requires you to delete the existing 'C' partition.
This will automatically delete everything that's already on there, so no point you deleting or uninstalling anything beforehand.
Just make sure all files on the 'C' drive that you want to keep are backed up and readable before you proceed.

also before you do the format, make sure you have the drivers to all your hardware, especially your network card.
