Possible CISVC.EXE / WINWORD.EXE masquerader?

Greetings, all...

I have been battling a nasty bug which we suspect was picked up when my wife participated in an online "Webex" conference call the other day. Ever since then, the PC has been very slow, and seemingly blocking our access to some stuff that we view all the time, and letting other stuff work just fine, seemingly at random.

She works with Word documents quite a lot, and has noticed that when one particularly large document is open, a program called WINWORD.EXE seems to go absolutely nuts, gumming up the works and sending PC usage through the roof accordingly to Task Manager. Another process that seems to be taking over a lot lately is CISVC.EXE, which is either vital to the PC's operative capability or a masquerading Trojan, depending on who I've asked elsewhere. I have heard stories in several places about a Trojan which passes itself off as one or both of these two processes.

After several bouts of combat with Spy Sweeper, Spybot SD and AdAware, I think I may have beaten it. I took this HijackThis snapshot moments ago. Can anyone see anything else wrong with this?

Your HJT log is clean and I do not suspect a virus or malware on your system.

You said in chat that you did not believe that you had updated Microsoft Office. I need you to go to http://officeupdate.microsoft.com and get the latest updates for office.

Once completed, post back here at GTG, but this time, post in the Office forum.

We specialize in malware removal, they specialize in office. Just tell them that you got a clean bill of health from us.
