i have winpatrol installed on my computer. today it gave alert that a new starup programe wants approval.that is " E:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINTCPMOD.EXE" the name of the programe is "Microsoft Windows Operating System TCP/IP Module" with the startup location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"

i want to ask is this is safe or unsafe so that i can allow/disable it at startup.
