dialup networking problem

i suspect that there is a dialer or a spy ware in my computer because everytime i start to connect to my dialup connection the username and phoe number changes. the username input is 285.171.69608.2 and the phone number registers 0067799884. i have run ad-aware and avg anti virus but the problem keeps on recurring. can someone help me fix this. thanks!
