NETSCAPE MAIL in V.8.x

This is an entry which I mounted at SillyDog.com were there is a Netscape Archive service...

If you are not aware of this already... You CAN get mail in version 8.x if you:

1. load 7.x first; then
2. load 8.x along side it...
3. with the two icons on their desktop.
4. After that, ignore the 7.x browser and just use the 8.x browser.
5. In the upper right hand corner of 8.x, a small envelop for mail appears...
6. tap on it to open the 7.x Communicator...YOU'VE GOT MAIL!
7. Label the two icons on the desktop, the 7.x as Mail, and the 8.x as Browser.
8. I keep one copy of each version in the event of one or the other not working.
9. I still use 4.9 at times in emergencies
