What's Error 26 ( yahoo mi installation)

I'm trying to install Yahoo IM with voice and kept getting error 26.I was redirected to an alternative installation but upon completion I could not connect to yahoo's severs.

what version of yahoo were you installing (more than one version with voice support available)
