i had infestion over this weekend and got it all cleared up i loged in once this moring already but shut down and now it wont load my settings only boots me to welcome screen,i went into safe mode to just remove me and start over but there is no system admistrator to remove my settings( i tryed system restore but when i installed windows defender it removed all restore points before it) am i looking at a total reformat?
NM just doing a full format it probly faster anyway thank you for assistance
