Online Radio plays Slowly - why?

Hi, I want to listen to a radio station online, namely this one:

http://phantom.ie/now/

Yet, whenever I stream it live (even using a standalone player!) it plays ridiculously slowly, you know that I mean, like the sound has been slowed down to about half-speed.
I have the latest version of WMP.
This doesn't happen on my friend's computer, so why is it happening to me!?

What's really annoying is, I'm actually going to be on this radio station tomorrow, and I really want to record it from the stream on my computer, but it's impossible to make out anything at this slow speed.

So, why is it playing so slow? And more importantly, how can I change it ASAP?
